Listing & Marketing Specialist

Luke is our listing and marketing specialist. Luke was raised in Punta Gorda and has excellent knowledge of our area as well as properties currently on the market. He has been the top-selling realtor in Charlotte County since 2005.

Luke joined The Andreae Group after being involved in commercial real estate in Washington D.C. and Kansas City. He always had a desire to be in the industry after listening to Nancy's real estate stories at the dinner table while growing up. When it was time to have kids, he knew exactly where he wanted them to grow up.

If you do not find Luke at the office or spending time with his family, then you will probably find him on a tennis court. He attended the Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy while in high school and played Division I college tennis at The George Washington University in Washington D.C. He still loves the sport and tries to play competitively throughout Southwest Florida.

Luke & his wife have two, teenage daughters. Luke is under no illusions as to who runs the household.

LISTING SPECIALIST

Alex works with our sellers as a dedicated listing specialist. Alex grew up in Punta Gorda and offers our sellers a lifetime of insight into the area. Before joining the Andreae Group, Alex ran a successful website development company. He helps ensure our website, and therefore our clients' properties, are accessible & easy to find in order to maximize their exposure online.

Alex joined The Andreae Group after moving home to Punta Gorda in order to be closer to family. Alex lived for several years in Austin, TX where he worked for AMD prior to having his own web development company.

Alex & his wife have three young children that keep them busy throughout the year with dance, baseball & other activities.

SENIOR Buyers Specialist

Kevin is a dedicated buyer's agent. As a buyer's specialist, Kevin is eager to assist clients in their search for a property that best suits their needs. Kevin uses his lifelong sales background to negotiate in the best interests of his clients. He takes as much time as needed to educate them on the Punta Gorda area. Kevin continues to offers exceptional client service throughout the entire buying process - from signing the contract until well after the closing.

Kevin & his wife raised three teenage boys in Punta Gorda. Even though the boys have grown, the family still enjoys the many outdoor, cultural & educational activities available here.

BUYERS SPECIALIST

Carla works exclusively with our buyers. She started with us in 2019 as a marketing/listing assistant. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her position as a buyer’s agent having learned about the business while working behind the scenes. Before joining the Andreae Group, Carla honed her customer service skills working in the hotel industry Her customers receive 5-star service from their first contact until they’re handed the keys to their new home.

Closing Coordinator

Ann is our Closing Coordinator. She devotes her time to the hundreds of details that are critically important to your successful closing. Ann excels in her attention to detail and her tenacity in getting the job done right for our clients.

She handles all of the paperwork involved in buying or selling property, ensuring that every client experiences the most professional and timely transaction. She is central to making our sales procedure stress-free and seamless. You will get to know Ann and be thankful she is with The Andreae Group.

Marketing Director

Kerry handles all of the marketing for The Andreae Group. She utilizes sophisticated marketing tools to create the virtual tours and brochures of our listings. Kerry launches a custom plan designed to most effectively showcase each property and ensures The Andreae Group's sellers will be up and competitive on the market within days of listing their home.

Kerry also manages our local and national print advertising, extensive mailings as well as our Internet marketing presence.

Founder of The Andreae Group

Nancy began her real estate career in Punta Gorda in 1983. She was the #1 agent in residential real estate sales for Charlotte County every year from 1985 until 2005 when her son Luke took over as the #1 agent in the county.

Nancy is an avid boater and has a 32' Acadia named "Listing Lady." When it comes to boating and knowledge of local waters, there are not many questions that she cannot answer from first hand experience.

Nancy is also a pilot. She began flying in the late 60's in Michigan and now flies for fun. She started the tradition of taking aerial photographs of Punta Gorda & mailing them out as postcards.
